Le c\u00e2ble permet de plier l\u2019implant en position basse, dite de \u00abrepos \u00bb, ou de le maintenir d\u00e9pli\u00e9 pour avoir une position haute, dite \u00ab en \u00e9rection \u00bb<\/li>\n<li>Le squelette de gland : ce squelette permet de fa\u00e7onner un gland \u00e0 la phalloplastie.
