The tissue is transferred to a different location (recipient site), where circulation is provided micro-surgically by anastomosis of artery(s) and vein(s).<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->ALT Free Flap Phalloplasty therefore uses an ALT Flap which is completely detached from the donor site.
