El prop\u00f3sito de estas inyecciones era dar m\u00e1s volumen a la faloplastia, pero el resultado fue m\u00e1s que decepcionante: al paciente se le hab\u00edan formado varios n\u00f3dulos antiest\u00e9ticos con fibrosis de la parte terminal de la faloplastia. Debido a estas inyecciones, el implante colocado previamente, la ZSI 475 L150, no pudo ubicarse correctamente y el glande ten\u00eda un aspecto \u201cblando\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->El Dr. Paul-Jean Daverio comenz\u00f3 por retirar la pr\u00f3tesis de 15 cm. La pr\u00f3tesis estaba bien acoplada a la faloplastia y su base qued\u00f3 fija en el hueso p\u00fabico con una gruesa fibrosis.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:image {\"align\":\"right\",\"id\":31057,\"width\":251,\"height\":251} --><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-31057\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zsimplants.ch\/tblg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ZSI_475_FTM_verde-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"251\" height=\"251\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- \/wp:image --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->Antes de colocar el implante ZSI 475 L180 de 18 cm, el Dr. Paul-Jean Daverio volvi\u00f3 a expandir la parte interior de la faloplastia para introducir f\u00e1cilmente la pr\u00f3tesis y el glande. Una vez que la pr\u00f3tesis se ubic\u00f3 en la faloplastia, el cirujano elimin\u00f3 los n\u00f3dulos antiest\u00e9ticos para permitir que la pr\u00f3tesis de 18 cm se ubicara correctamente.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->Para transformar la faloplastia en un nuevo pene, el Dr. Paul-Jean Daverio realiz\u00f3 una plastia de la parte terminal de la faloplastia.
