Si el cirujano accede \u201cf\u00e1cilmente\u201d al hueso (es decir, la cortical no es demasiado densa y est\u00e1 bien expuesta), es posible fijar un \u201cancla\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:image {\"align\":\"right\",\"id\":31052} --><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-31052\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zsimplants.ch\/tblg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Pr_-Casoli_verde_02-e1506435745161-300x280.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- \/wp:image --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->El profesor Casoli, del Hospital de la Universidad de Bordeaux, explica:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->\u201c<em>El ancla es un dispositivo de aplicaci\u00f3n \u2018simple\u2019 que permite realizar una sujeci\u00f3n de metal biocompatible en el hueso. Esta ancla, debido a su constituci\u00f3n, se fija dentro del hueso. Se coloca un cable en el ancla y, con una aguja acoplada al cable, se puede suturar (realizar aplicaciones) estructuras como tend\u00f3n, ligamento, o, como en este caso, el implante de pene fijo en el subsuelo \u00f3seo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><em>El anclaje permite que la aplicaci\u00f3n de la base del implante de pene sea potente, eficaz y r\u00e1pida en contacto con el hueso isquion. Hay mucho menos riesgo de \u2018sutura de goteo\u2019, lo cual garantiza una fijaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s segura.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><em>El ancla es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de colocar que cualquier otro tipo de agarre y es mucho m\u00e1s eficaz.
